Photos of two new restaurants by ChoLon Concepts, designed by UNUM collaborative. The first is another location of Denver's famous ChoLon restaurant, this time featuring a lofted layout with a stunning bar and undulating wood-slat wall. The restaurant shares a kitchen with Gusto, an Italian concept by the same chef, which is a cozy yet sophisticated eatery with gorgeous lighting and an upbeat atmosphere.
